With the blessing of God and in a major step toward strengthening Iraq’s industrial infrastructure, the foundation stone was laid for three new factories under Diwan Company, specializing in the manufacturing of cables, transformers, and smart equipment. The ceremony took place under the patronage and in the presence of H.E. Prime Minister Eng. Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani ????????.
This strategic initiative marks a turning point in localizing the national electrical industry and reducing reliance on imported products, aiming to build a self-sufficient and resilient energy sector within Iraq.
The new plants will be built in accordance with the latest industrial standards and will focus on producing high-quality cables, advanced transformers, and smart technology-based equipment.
